How to Cancel Your Membership
Primary Cancellation Method
The easiest way to cancel your membership is to contact our support team:

Our team will process your cancellation request within two business days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
Self-Service Cancellation Options
In accordance with FCC regulations, we also provide self-service cancellation options depending on your payment method:
For Stripe Payments
You can cancel directly through the Stripe Customer Portal:

- Click the “Manage Your Subscription” button

- Use the cancellation option in the Stripe portal
For PayPal Payments
If you pay via PayPal, you can manage your subscription directly:

- Log in to your PayPal account

- Select “Cancel” or “Cancel Automatic Billing”
