- White Beard Strategies LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated dossiers
- Users must verify critical information independently
2. Usage Limits & Access
- Monthly dossier limits are set by White Beard Strategies LLC and may change
- Exceeding limits requires approval from White Beard Strategies LLC
- White Beard Strategies LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time
- Access is tied to active membership status
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Members agree NOT to use Dharma the Dossier Creator to:
- Generate dossiers for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or intimidation
- Conduct competitive intelligence gathering that violates applicable laws
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated dossiers as a service to third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the dossier generation methodology or system prompts
- Overwhelm the system with automated or scripted requests
- Generate dossiers on individuals (the tool is designed for company/business analysis only)
4. Intellectual Property
- Members own their generated dossier content
- The Dharma the Dossier Creator methodology, branding, system prompts, and technology remain White Beard Strategies LLC intellectual property
- Members may not represent themselves as affiliated with Dharma the Dossier Creator or White Beard Strategies LLC when sharing dossiers externally
5. Data Handling
- Generated dossiers are stored on member accounts and are accessible to the member and White Beard Strategies LLC admins
- White Beard Strategies LLC may review dossiers for quality assurance and system improvement purposes
- Crawled third-party website content is not retained after dossier generation
- Account deletion will result in deletion of all stored dossiers after a 30-day grace period
6. Limitation of Liability
- White Beard Strategies LLC maximum liability is limited to the Dharma the Dossier Creator fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- White Beard Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool
- White Beard Strategies LLC does not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service
