Why Aren’t All Your Trainings Showing Up in the GHL Portal?

Not all of our trainings are hosted inside the Go High Level (GHL) portal, that’s why you might not see everything there.Here’s how we organize access, depending on the type of training:

🔹 1-Day Express Trainings – These are typically delivered via direct email with instant access to the replay and resources.

🔹 3-Day Challenge Trainings– These are available in the GHL(Go High Level) portal and some are hosted inside private Facebook groups,. When you register, we send a welcome email with access instructions and a link to join the relevant group.

📌 Important Note:

Access to a dedicated GHL community is a premium perk we reserve for our 3-day challenge trainings. Those are far more comprehensive and come with extended support, multiple touchpoints and higher investment.

Can’t attend live? Are replays available, and when will they be posted?

Absolutely. We publish each session’s replay within a few hours of the live training, typically the same day and no later than the next morning. Thanks for your patience as we finalize the recording and accompanying resources!

What’s the difference between a 3-Day Challenge, Express Training, and a Webinar?

3-Day Challenges → Deep-dive, multi-day trainings with a dedicated GHL community and replay access.

Express Trainings → 2-hour, high-impact low cost sessions. Replays are sent via email. No GHL group.

Webinars/Meetups → Free events. Resources are emailed after. Some replays may only be available in our private community.

My coupon isn’t working. What should I do?

Always check out with only the eligible item in your cart, adding anything else will prevent the coupon from triggering.

Tip: Manually type the code instead of copy/pasting; sometimes extra spaces sneak in.

Expiration & Limits: Coupons expire or have usage caps, if yours is past due or maxed out, it won’t apply.

How do I get access to coupons?

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your refund policy?

Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the trainings, as well as the immediate access to valuable digital content, no refunds will be issued.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate delivery of training assets, no refunds will be issued. By enrolling, you agree to commit to full participation.
The sole exception to this policy is outlined in Section 10.1** regarding replay delivery technical difficulties, where a complimentary training registration coupon may be provided in lieu of replay access.

** 10.1 Replay Delivery Guarantee

In the event that White Beard Strategies LLC is unable to deliver replay recordings to participants within seven (7) days of a live training session due to technical difficulties, recording failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the remedy shall be a complimentary registration coupon to any available training training of equivalent or lower value from our training library, rather than a monetary refund.

Participants will be notified by email within seven (7) days if replay delivery will not be possible and provided with a complimentary training registration coupon
Participants may select any available training training priced at the same or lower value as their original purchase
The complimentary training registration coupon must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance
This provision applies only when replay delivery is completely unavailable, not for delays in delivery
Training selection is subject to availability and scheduling
This remedy is provided in lieu of any refund claims related to replay access

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving! To cancel your membership, simply:

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Manage Your Account”

Choose “Billing&Subscriptions,”, enter the OTP, click on the kebab menu(three dots) next to the subscription then select “Cancel”

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Once you’ve canceled, it will automatically remove you from the relevant community. If you have any trouble or need assistance, please email our support team at [email protected].

MISSING OUR EMAILS?

I got my receipt but where are my training materials?

If you received your order confirmation, but no training resources, you might have one of the following common causes:

A typo in your email address during checkout

Your email provider flagged it as spam

You have DND enabled

Technical delays in email routing

We recommend whitelisting [email protected] to prevent this.

What does “DND Status” mean?

“DND” stands for Do Not Disturb. It means you won’t receive promotional or reminder emails from us, usually triggered if you unsubscribed, marked an email as spam, or if your provider blocked our emails.

Not sure if you’re on DND?

👉 If you’re missing content or training emails but still getting receipts, chances are you’re on DND.

To fix it:

📧 Just email [email protected] and we’ll remove the status and resend anything you missed. It’s quick, and your inbox will be back in the loop.

What is email whitelisting and how do I whitelist Whitebeard Strategies’ emails?

Whitelisting tells your email provider “these messages are important, never send them to Spam.”

By adding our mailer address, [email protected] to your safe-sender list, you ensure you always receive training materials, replay links, and critical updates.
